Start with the information you enter again and again: name, address, phone and organization. Include an amount or reference only when a particular form calls for it. You may save a profile in this browser with an explicit click, or simply work for this session.
READ THE FIELD NAMES
The demo inspects interactive text fields embedded in the PDF. It suggests matches using names such as applicant name, email, phone and address. A flat scan has no such fields, so there is nothing for the tool to write into.
MAKE THE CALL
The field review shows what the tool found and the value it proposes. Edit a suggestion, erase it or skip the field. This is the step that prevents a similar sounding field from silently receiving the wrong answer.
KEEP YOUR FILE
The browser makes a new copy and leaves the original untouched. If you add signatures, their images go on a separate review page. Open the downloaded PDF, complete unsupported fields in a suitable viewer, and check what your recipient accepts.
